By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

PetPixAI provides users with a platform to transform pet photos into AI-generated photos using artificial intelligence algorithms. The Service allows users to upload photos of their pets and receive AI-generated artistic renditions in various styles.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. User Content

Our Service allows you to upload, submit, store, and share content, including photos of your pets. By uploading content to the Service, you:

• Represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you provide.
• Grant PetPixAI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and display such content for the purpose of providing the Service.
• Understand that the AI-generated photos derived from your uploaded pet photos may be used by PetPixAI for marketing and promotional purposes unless you explicitly opt out.

5. Payments and Subscription

PetPixAI offers various packages and subscription options for its services. By purchasing a subscription or package, you agree to the pricing, payment terms, and limitations associated with your selected option.

All payments are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms or as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PetPixAI and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

For AI-generated images created through our Service:

• You receive a license to use the AI-generated images of your pets for personal use.
• Commercial usage rights are only granted with Premium and Ultra plans, or as otherwise specified in your subscription terms.
• PetPixAI retains the right to use the technology and techniques used to create the images.

7. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall PetPixAI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service; and
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
